Chalkboard & Menu Signs

Chalkboards, Menu boards, or Standing A-frame (or "sandwich') boards are most often neglected by businesses: often asking staff to scribble on the menu or specials... that is a major mistake as customers shop and consume with their eyes.  If the menu is neglected or sloppily designed - what about the food and service? Can we expect the same?
